Read "A Day with CVS" at http://cvsbook.red-bean.com/cvsbook.html and
you should be good to go. If you have any problems, email me
(privately or on the list) and I should be able to sort it
out. Yesterday I spent a really frustrating afternoon trying to get
Subversion to do a fairly trivial merge. When I finally gave up and
fell back to using CVS, I had the whole project set up as I wanted it
in under 20 minutes.
