I think this is a trememdous effort from the SCALE organizers in
promoting gender diversity in the open source community. I'm
especially excited that Jean Anderson, member of the Apache Software
Foundation (ASF), will be speaking as she has been active in promoting
participation opportinuties for other women at ASF.
