Possibly. I work part-time for a fairly well-known porn director and
his hardcore porn company. I've had the fascinating experience of
meeting not only a female director, but a few of the female
performers. To the best of my knowledge, they deeply enjoy their
work. I'm not about to get into an argument that porn is not
exploitive of women. However, I enjoy my development work here, I
love the environment, and everyone I have met here at this company is
very respectful of various porn stars and their 'work', as well as
the majority female co-workers here in the "IT dept".
I'm familiar with SuicideGirls.com. I'm a member. I love that they do
artistic edgy pin-up style work, with nothing more than nudity (to
the best of my knowledge). I would LOVE to work for them. Add to this
that I'm exactly qualified in what they're looking for and that I
fully intend to apply.
Thanks for the job posting, and wish me luck, if you're so inclined!
