[Chixla] Iffy job posting ... question to members.

It's a tricky question, arguable on both sides, what with freedom of choice
and all. But I'm with you on this one. Seems like plenty of places exist to
post such items, and refusing to post jobs which clearly do not advance the
goals or interests of the members doesn't really restrict the freedoms of
others.
