[Chixla] Maillist problems and upcoming server move

So the web host where linuxchixla.org is currently located just went
through an ownership change and there have been some unwelcome changes,
especially with respect to email reliability. If anyone is trying to
reach me feel free to use my isp email address -- parallax (AT) lafn
..dot.. org -- until the fix (outlined below) is in place.
A web host switch is planned. I'll be setting up an account over the
weekend, and after a few days of settling in, will be moving the
linuxchixla.org site over at the end of next week or the beginning of
the following week. There should be no interuption, but there will be a
change in format. 
As long as I'm moving and switching, I thought I'd also start using a
CMS. I'm the worst at keeping the site updated (Sorry!) and this will
help :)  It would also give the opportunity for multiple people to
update pages with whatever content they like and this would be a good
opportunity to start an online resume repository for Los Angeles area
LinuxChix.
The two CMS's in the running are Mambo and Xoops. Opinions, experience,
and or comments with either one of these CMS packages would be most
welcome.
