[Chixla] Problems with maillist

Hello!  As you can see by the previous tests, there have been problems
with chixla mail list posts. This is an ongoing issue. The web host just
patched the kernel and is upgrading some hardware to try and solve. 
If you post to the list and do not see delivery of same within an hour
or so, please repost. If you still don't see list delivery then please
email me at parallax (AT) lafn ..dot.. org
