As for this coming Tuesday:
I gave a talk at USC recently about Google, and tacked
five minutes onto the end about How To Get Hired as a Programmer
(not google-specific, just general advice from my experience
as an interviewer).  Later I realized I had more to say, so I wrote
a web page on the subject

and hope to give a talk just on that at local colleges soon.
I'd like to try it out at Lula this coming Tuesday.
I don't think it's a whole meeting's worth, so I could also
do a few minutes on recent cool things related to Linux.
Then we could head to the pub and talk about how to
line up speakers for the future.
