For an update on the trials of migration ... I uninstalled Mandrake and
reinstalled Redhat. Oy. No fault to Mandrake, but the configuration gui
stuff was not to my liking. So I'm *still* distro hunting. I'll be
trying Debian next, but not until after this current sememster ends ...
I need a working laptop and can't afford the time to reinstall the OS
and tools needed for school, *and* learn a new configuration techniques.
:(

More on the saga soon. :)
