[Chixla] Wiki is installed :)

After a few tribulations a LinuxChix Wiki is now installed.
Easy webhosting with a php5 may yet appear, but I have installed a
previous version of MediaWiki which supports php4.

Time was (and is) tight for me, so I've installed, changed the logo
(which needs some help if you have some graphic design skills), set
the licensing to CreativeCommons Share Alike with Attribution, and
restricted editing to those who have created an account. Before SCALE
I would like to make some broad categories, edit the main page, and
create at least one page, probably with resources and/or media
information. 

I'm very excited about our wiki's possibilities. I hope that you
share this excitement and contribute as this could be a very fun
journey :)
